Chronories records almost everything what is done on your Mac including writing journal.ĭay one is a journal software for Mac and iPhone and iPad. Although all of these software can be used to record journal, each of them take a different approach to journal writing. They are Day One, MacJournal, viJournal and Chronories. Among them, I found four software that have good reputation and decent updates history. But anyway, thank you for showing interest in my game again.Many journal software are available for Mac users. I think I can finish the game by mid 2022, you can't imagine how much I want these game to see the light and share the story I created with all of you. But when I finish all these things the game should be ready. I want to tell you that the game is more or less 50% done, it has 3 areas from which the first one is ready the second area has some rooms thata are not finished alongside other things and the last area for now its just some mockups of rooms implemented in the game (but the game design of this area is in a very advanced state).Īlso the title and pause menu have some parts that are not finished, as well as some UI elements. For me this has been a year of many changes and new responsibilities and it has been hard to get used to all this while working on this project. Sadly, because of personal issues on which I won't go into too much detail, I haven't been able to work on Mac's Journal in the last few months.

I'm giving my best and I hope it shows when you try out the full game.įirst of all, thank you so much for showing your interest in this game! I've been working on it in my free time from almost 3 years now and its very exiting to see that it's finally taking form. Thank you so so much for the interest in the game and the patience yall have had. The parts that I feel are less fun I'll tackle them in the 8 hour period. I'll also try to work in the fun parts of my game in my free time, like the music for example, animations and level design. That extra day a week I'll work on the game as if it were an 8 hour work day. My plan now is as follows, I managed to accumulate enough vacation days in my job so I can start working 4 days a week instead of 5 starting the second week of September for the rest of the year. You may see that the current release date is around 2025, that's a lie, but it takes a weight of my shoulders that is feeling pressured by working. Because of that, I decided to take a step back and not having a release date. In theory I could try to finish it asap to get it out of the way, but I don't want to release a game that feels incomplete. I promise you I want to finish it, but it is dificult to make progress given my house responsibilities, my fulltime job and my other hobbies. Progress in the game has been slow in general, every month I manage to advance a little bit, but given the amount of delays up until this point I think it is impossible for me to give a release date.
